Shipping policy

We ship the day an item is ordered, if the order is received before 3pm Central Time (Chicago, US) on Monday through Friday, and before noon on Saturday. We don't ship on Sundays or Holidays.

While we can't be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen issues, we still will do our best accommodate any issues you may run into regarding delays or items lost in shipping. 

We recommend that everyone have a safe place at which to receive their shipments, as we are not responsible if someone else accepts or apprehends your item upon delivery.
